1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AidEun software and services (the "Service") provided by AI Solution AS ("we", "us", "our"), a Norwegian company with organization number 931 884 220. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Subscriptions and Payment

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly cycle. All fees are quoted in Norwegian Krone (NOK) unless otherwise specified.

• Free Trials: We may offer free trials for our subscription plans. At the end of the trial period, you will be automatically billed for the selected plan unless you cancel beforehand.
• Billing: You must provide a valid payment method. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next cycle. No refunds are provided for the current billing period.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date account information.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service.
• Not use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Service.

4. Intellectual Property and Data

• Our IP: We own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all related software, technology, and documentation.
• Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to the data, information, and content you provide to the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and transmit Your Data as necessary to provide and improve the Service.

5. Confidentiality

We will treat Your Data as confidential information and only use and disclose it in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We implement and maintain robust security measures to protect Your Data from unauthorized access.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Solution AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oslo, Norway.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes, for example, by email or by posting a notice on our Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
